We have been busy here the last few weeks. My last day at Carthage was August 1st (YEA!). We have been packing and getting things organized to move to Nebraska. We plan on leaving next Wednesday - a week from today. Our house still hasn't sold, which has been a little frustrating, but we are trusting in the Lord's timing and provision for this. We did have a showing yesterday and another one today so maybe it will sell soon!
Here are some pictures from the last week or so. Cole is getting to be such a big boy! He is down to taking one nap a day, which makes for some long mornings sometimes, but nice and quiet afternoons. He is trying to say new words more and more. A recent one is "Bye" which he has said a few times when someone is leaving. He waves for bye and Hi. He is very proficient with going up and down the stairs completely by himself. He also likes to copy whatever we are doing, which is pretty cute.
